1 Samuel 25:8

SV	Vraag het uw jongelingen, en zij zullen het u te kennen geven. Laat dan deze jongelingen genade vinden in uw ogen, want wij zijn op een goeden dag gekomen; geef toch uw knechten, en uw zoon David, hetgeen uw hand vinden zal.
WLC	שְׁאַ֨ל אֶת־נְעָרֶ֜יךָ וְיַגִּ֣ידוּ לָ֗ךְ וְיִמְצְא֨וּ הַנְּעָרִ֥ים חֵן֙ בְּעֵינֶ֔יךָ כִּֽי־עַל־יֹ֥ום טֹ֖וב בָּ֑נוּ תְּנָה־נָּ֗א אֵת֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר תִּמְצָ֤א יָֽדְךָ֙ לַעֲבָדֶ֔יךָ וּלְבִנְךָ֖ לְדָוִֽד׃
Trans.	šə’al ’eṯ-nə‘āreyḵā wəyagîḏû lāḵə wəyiməṣə’û hannə‘ārîm ḥēn bə‘êneyḵā kî-‘al-ywōm ṭwōḇ bānû tənâ-nnā’ ’ēṯ ’ăšer timəṣā’ yāḏəḵā l^a‘ăḇāḏeyḵā ûləḇinəḵā ləḏāwiḏ:

AC	ח שאל את נעריך ויגידו לך וימצאו הנערים חן בעיניך--כי על יום טוב בנו תנה נא את אשר תמצא ידך לעבדיך ולבנך לדוד
ASV	Ask thy young men, and they will tell thee: wherefore let the young men find favor in thine eyes; for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to thy hand, unto thy servants, and to thy son David.
BE	If your young men are questioned they will say the same thing. So now, let my young men have grace in your eyes, for we are come at a good time; please give anything you may have by you to your servants and to your son David.
Darby	Ask thy young men, and they will tell thee. Therefore let the young men find favour in thine eyes; for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, what thy hand may find to thy servants, and to thy son David.
ELB05	Frage deine Knaben, und sie werden es dir kundtun. Mögen denn die Knaben Gnade finden in deinen Augen, denn an einem guten Tage sind wir gekommen; gib doch deinen Knechten und deinem Sohne David, was deine Hand findet!
LSG	Demande-le à tes serviteurs, et ils te le diront. Que ces jeunes gens trouvent donc grâce à tes yeux, puisque nous venons dans un jour de joie. Donne donc, je te prie, à tes serviteurs et à ton fils David ce qui se trouvera sous ta main.
Sch	frage deine Jünglinge deswegen, die werden dir's sagen, und laß meine Jünglinge vor deinen Augen Gnade finden; denn wir sind auf einen guten Tag gekommen; gib doch deinen Knechten und deinem Sohn David, was deine Hand findet.
